How do I push events to all the calendars in my school site?

Create a collection that contains calendars in your school site. Create a new event in the school calendar and push your event to those calendars.

I pushed an event but it’s not showing on the collection of calendars I chose. Where did it go?

If you are working in a section calendar, your requests to post on other section, school, or district calendars will be entered in those calendars’ event queues. Editors of those calendars will have the option to approve or deny your request to post.

The same is true if you are a school calendar requesting to post to another school calendar or to the district calendar; your request will be entered in the event queue.

If you are pushing an event down from a school calendar to a collection of section calendars, it will automatically display on the section calendars in the collection you’ve chosen.

In summary, pushing to a calendar at the same level or higher requires approval, while pushing events to lower level calendars does not.
