Change a Site Shortcut Link Text to an Image

Here's how you change a Site Shortcut link text to an image.

  1. In Site Manger, navigate to the workspace containing the Site Shortcuts app you wish to modify.
  2. Click Actions to the right of the page and select Edit Page from the drop-down list. The page opens in Edit Mode.
  3. Click on the Site Shortcuts app. The app opens.
  4. Click Edit to the right of the shortcut you wish to modify. The Edit Link dialog displays.
  5. Click Imagery.
  6. On the Imagery tab, click Browse... to the right of the Link Image field. The Insert Image dialog displays.
  7.  Click Upload Image, Existing Image or Shared Image and select an image for the shortcut. Follow the cues for whichever image location you choose.
  8. Click Continue.
  9. Set the height and width, in pixels, for the image.
  10. Click Insert Image.
  11. Ensure that the Activate on my page check box is activated.
  12. Click Save. You are returned to the Site Shortcuts app.
