Add a New Book in the Book List App

Here's how you add a book to a Book List app.

  1. In Site Manager, navigate to the workspace containing the page with the app you wish to edit.
  2. Click Actions to the right of the page containing the app and select Edit Page from the drop-down list. The page opens in Edit Mode.
  3. Click on the Book List App. The app opens.
  4. Click New Book. The New Book window displays.
  5. On the General tab:
    • Enter the Book Title and Author. These are mandatory fields.
    • Enter the Year Published, Description, Classification and Code (optional).
  6. On the Cover Image tab, upload an image of the book cover (optional).
  7. On the Display Duration tab, enter a Start Date and an End Date (optional).
  8. Click Save. The book is added to the Book List app and you are returned to the workspace.
