Manage Display Settings for an App

Some apps (e.g., Announcements, Book List and File Library) allow you to choose how many records to display from your app at one time. Here's how you manage display settings for an app.

  1. In Site Manager, navigate to the workspace containing the app you wish to manage display settings.
  2. Click Actions to the right of the page containing the app and select Edit Page from the drop-down list. The page opens in Edit Mode.
  3. Click on the app you wish to manage. The app opens.
  4. Click Options in the top right corner of the app. The General tab of the App Options window displays.
  5. Under Display Settings:
    • Select Display all active app records show all active records on the website.
    • Select Display a specific number of active app records to showcase only a certain number of active records.
      • If you select Display a specific number of active app records, enter a the specific number in the Record Limit field.
  6. Click Save. The Display Settings are saved and you are returned to the workspace.

Note: Apps that allow you to manage the Display Settings include Announcements, Alumni Directory, Article Library, Blog, Book List, Discussion, Headlines & Features, File Library, Link Library, Lunch Menu, Maps & Directions, Podcast, Q & A, School Directory, Staff Directory, and Wiki.
