System Settings for Broadcast E-Alerts

System Settings are available that you use to configure Broadcast E-Alerts. These options are found on the System Settings Workspace Alerts tab.

Here's how you access the Alerts tab.

  1. In Site Manager, expand CONFIGURE in the Content Browser.
  2. Select System Settings. The Settings Workspace displays.
  3. Select Alerts. Available Alerts options display.
  4. Click Save when you have completed setting options.

Social Media Posts allow Broadcast E-Alerts to be posted to Twitter®. Options include From all sites and subsitesFrom the district site only or Not allowed. The default options is From all sites and subsites.

If you choose to Allow Broadcast E-Alerts to be posted to Facebook or Twitter, you must connect to a Facebook or Twitter account using the option found on the Advanced tab of the Site Workspace for each site from which you allow Broadcast E-Alert Facebook posts or tweets®.
