Here is how you add a link to an Announcement.

  1. In Site Manager, navigate to the workspace containing the page with the app you wish to edit. 
  2. Click Actions to the right of the page containing the app and select Edit Page from the drop-down list. The page opens in Edit Mode. 
  3. Click on the Announcement App. The app opens. 
  4. Click Edit to the right of the announcement. The Announcement tab of the Announcement window displays.
  5. Click the Insert/Edit Link icon. The Insert Link Wizard displays.
  6. Create your link using the Insert Link Wizard.
  7. Click SaveThe announcement is updated and you are returned to the workspace.
